- Personal Account Manager ("P.A.M."):A senior manager who has 'client' industry experience and accepts total accountability for all of the client's business. The P.A.M also has the necessary authority to execute and achieve the expected outcome. This manager is supported with a dedicated support team that can become an extension of the client’s own staff.

- Demurrage Protection Guarantee:Eliminates unnecessary “surprise” demurrage charges and cargo delay. Based on the Client Specific Service Protocol ("CSSP") mutually agreed upon parameters, InterShip accepts liability for any charges outside of the scope of the parameters. These parameters include certain client requirements, such as ensuring that Trans American is the Customs broker and has all of the necessary information to execute the Customs clearance and certain exclusions such as Customs or O.G.A. cargo exams. In the case of the exams, parameters identify InterShip's intervention and specific actions avoid unnecessary cargo delay and charges.
- Rate Quote Guarantee:Pay only for the services and charges as quoted and as expressly authorized by the clients.)Excludes additional fees resulting from Government requirements, changes in Customs regulations or events beyond our control such as strikes, port disruptions etc. If it is our error, we will honor the quote for the 1st shipment but hold the right to amend for subsequent shipments.
